ttg badan yg.....

sy rajin jugak tgk2 product yg boleh membantu dl usaha menguruskan badan ni
mcm minuman or makanan yg ganti lunch and dinner kan
rata2 yg sy tgk ade 2 jenis yg kn amik
yg sy namakan A dan B
A ni selalunye berasaskan kacang soya
kacang soya mmg ade kuase pengenyangan ek?
yg satu lagi ni B
B ni pulak adelah minimuan yg banyak mengandungi fiber..
harga pulak berbeza2
ikut jenama lah kan
tapi sy jugak ade kemusykilan
kalau beli yg murah.. kurang berkesan ke ek?
ke kn beli yg mahal baru confirm tahan lapar gile
lantas secara tak langsung akan kurus?
musykil2
kalau ikut kewangan sy ni
sy beli yg murah aje lah
tapi dgn harapan akan ade kesan hilang rasa lapar tu
mcm beli product yg mahal..
takpe.. sy target pas raya sy nak try mende ni
hehehe

kawan sy ckp
kalau kat indonesia
quack.er oat yg dijual kat sana berperisa
tak mcm kat sini
ade perasa bilislah
ayam lah
so kalau makan takde lah muak sgt kan
kalau mcm kat sini
sekali makan jek.. terus tak mau makan kan?
tapi kuasa kurus oat ni mmg sgt berkesan dan terbukti
yg ni sy berani jamin
sebab sy pernah cube
ganti nasi dgn oat..
seksa tapi sejap jek dh boleh nampak hasil..

apesal lah nak kurus ni susah
tapi nak makmok.. punye senang
haiiiiii

tentang diet

setelah membaca pelbagai majalah
sy sekarang menjadi yakin bahawa
diet tu tak semestinye tak makan
diet bukan tak makan
sy rase sy dh asyik salah konsep diet jek
tu sebab diet sy tak pernah jadi
dgn itu sy dh try lah diet yg makan
tapi bukan lah makan mcm biase
sy control makan sy
bg menuju ke hari bahagia ni
bukan lah sy tak puas hati dgn berat badan sy sekarang ni
(cehh kurus pun tak berat cam skrg ni)
tapi untuk nampak lebih yakin
sy rase perlu lah sy turun kan sikit berat sy ni secara sihat
makan tetap makan
tapi menu tu harus tukar sikit lah
sabtu lepas, (10 jan) sy dh start dh
makan rebus2 aje
hmm tapi kn lah jugak senam2
maybe pinjam dvd senam ila tu
senam nyer takde lah susah sgt
senang rasenye nak ikut..
:)

baiklah di sini sy nak catat..
berat sy sekarang : 63 kg
berat idaman sy : 55 kg
jumlah berat yg perlu hilang/hapus : 8 kg
due date dpt berat idaman : october 2008
ohh lupe
tinggi sy sekarang : 155 cm

mcm ala2 terasa lah tunang kepada kawan sepermainan bola Mr.tunang
ckp sy "rendang"
uishh padahal baru pes time sy jumpe dia tau
yelah i tau lah u tak rendang
u tinggi dan slim mcm pokok buluhhh :)
baiklah
sy dengan ini..
sekali lagi
menyahut cabaran kurus
tiap2 minggu ke tiap2 bulan ek? nak timbang berat??
hmmm

Diet Countdown

12 months before (Healthy Diet)

. breakfast
youghurt,kiwi & red apple; or 2 slices of wholemeal bread
peanut butter/eggs
& 1 cup of Milo (no sugar)

. lunch
1/2 bowl of rice, i bowl of vegetables
tofu/eggs
& chicken/fish

. dinner
1/4 bowl of rice
1 bowl of vegetables
tofu/eggs
& chicken/fish

. dinner
1 apple
2 digestive biscuits
youghurt or 1 cup of Milo (no sugar)

6 months befor (Detox diet)
to be followed for five days and repeated once in 2 months only. On regular days, stick to Healthy Diet plan

. upon rising
2 glasses of filtered water with some lemon juice

.breakfast
( 20 minutes later)
Apple juice with celery

.lunch
1/2 cup of organic brown rice & 2 bowls of steamed vegetables

.dinner
1/2 cup of organic brown rice & 2 bowls of steamed vegetables

.snack
a bowl of baby carrots or 2 fresh fruits with 1 glass of carrot juice


3 months before ( High protein diet)

.breakfast
vegetable omellet, luncheon, 1 orange and 1 glass of skimmed milk

.lunch
grilled sirloin steak & oven roasted vegetables

.dinner
steamed tofu with minced meat
steamed asparagus & baked chicken breast

1 month before (No regimen)
The stress and anxiety of the wedding may make it difficult to stick to a regimented diet
Eat normally but remember to
: drink at least 72 ounces of water a day
: snack smart ; fresh fruits and vegetables keep your energy levels up and prevent drops in blood-sugar levels
: limit sodium intake to avoid bloating

24 hour countdown (No regimen)
: bloat-proof your belly by avoiding foods high in sodium and carbonated drinks
: drink lots of water and fruit juice to stay hydrated
: avoid caffeine
: eat energy bars, brazil nuts, fish, chicken and salas
: on the morning of the big day eat a meal in high protein and low in processes sugar
